Sadly, the research says a resounding “yes!”
Do you find it tough to relax? Maybe you are not sure how to. If so, you are not alone. According to a survey conducted by the American Psychological Association, 42% of adults reported they are either not doing enough or are not sure if they are doing enough to cope with stress. And 20% described not engaging in any activity to help reduce stress.
So, what can you do?
If you want something bad enough, you need to work hard to get it- right?
I mean, it has to be tough to be worthwhile… Or does it?
Do you suffer from road rage?
