If you want something bad enough, you need to work hard to get it- right?
I mean, it has to be tough to be worthwhile… Or does it?
I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Melissa Daily for Weight Watchers Magazine about this topic. The article is entitled “What’s Your Difficulty Setting.”
In it, we talk about how you don’t need to take the toughest path in order to be successful.
There are several tips I share in the interview. One tip is: Instead of pressuring yourself to do more and more and more, focus instead on taking the necessary steps to reach your goal.
Melissa quoted me when I said this:
“Reframe your notion of success from doing more work to getting a positive outcome.”
